Better for baby, better for the environment!
I discovered these while searching for more natural baby products . After reading some reviews on them I decided to give them a shot and I am so glad that I did! They have turned out to be even better than I expected. I love that they are chlorine free as well as free of any harmful or irritating chemicals because it makes me feel a lot more comfortable putting them on my sensitive little one. They are also better for the environment because they are 80% biodegradable and 99% compostable. This is a huge bonus for me because I like to be as eco-friendly as possible while still maintaining some of my sanity and a normal disposable diaper takes up to a hundred years to break down in a landfill. So I thought that this was a good alternative.
Less leaking with these diapers
I was pleasantly surprised by the absorbency of these diapers and the fact that they actually held everything in even when they were used overnight. They haven’t leaked very much at all which I am extremely happy about. Of course, like any other diaper, this one has leaked once or twice but I think that that is pretty much inevitable. These are not at all constricting so my little crawler can have the freedom to roam. This is something that is super important when it comes to diapers because a stiff diaper is just not going to cut it. The last thing that I want to mention that puts these diapers into the must-have category for me is the wetness indicator. This is a common thing in diapers and just shows a change in color when the diaper is wet. On its own, this wouldn’t be that much of a bonus but along with everything else that I love about these diapers it is just icing on the cake.
Bambo Nature can still improve
These diapers tend to run a little bit large. For example, my daughter finally fit the newborn size when she got to be around nine pounds. This is when she would be growing out of other diaper brand’s newborn size. This is not a huge deal but I do wish that they were more accurately label the sizes just so that it would be easy to find the right size the first time! I also want to mention the price. This specific type of diaper is definitely more pricey than other brands. To me this is not a big deal because it is worth it for me to spend a little bit more to ensure that my little girl isn’t sitting in a diaper full of chemicals but it is worth mentioning.
My all-time favorite diapers
I really do like these diapers and I think they are amazing. They do have a few small flaws but I think that everything has flaws and you just have to find things with flaws you can work with. I have bought so many of these diapers that I have lost count and I will be continuing to buy them until my baby is out of diapers. I will probably be using them with my next kids as well. I definitely think that these are worth every penny and I highly recommend checking them out!
